No new software unless we specifically agree it's worth it.

Fixed price, £2,500–£6,000 depending on complexity, the systems involved, and how many people the workflow touches. The logic is simple: the build should cost less than three months of the waste it removes. Payment is 50% on signed proposal, 50% on handover.
Ongoing maintenance, custom application development, strategy consulting, organisational restructuring, and anything that runs past 15 working days. One workflow per engagement. Additional workflows are separate builds.
